About Me
Over the years, I have worked as a carpenter, journalist, ski instructor, track and field coach, and teacher at both public and private schools. A practising wordsmith, my articles have appeared in many small town newspapers as well as Northwest Magazine, once a feature of The Sunday Oregonian. I enjoy writing in various forms and styles, and have written essays, novels, stories, poems, and a training manual for competitive middle distance running. My home is in the Pacific Northwest where I live with my wife and two elderly collies.
