CONVERSATIONS: A Convocation of Wordsmiths contains my essays, stories, and poems; but the site will also include excerpts from the work of writers, both men and women, who once were celebrated, but who now reside in obscurity. Their work, forgotten and unread for the most part, has helped me to define and create my own literary style.
For the next few months, the writers of the 19th century will be featured. Acknowledgement must be given to Sally Rooney for providing the nugget of a notion with her article ‘Misreading Ulysses’ that appeared in the December 7, 2022 issue of The Paris Review.
