A friend has argued that my work deserves a wider audience (Debatable, that.) She suggested that I create a number of small books, condensed versions they would be, samplers, so to speak; she thought an inexpensive print book would be the cat’s meow. I thought a complimentary (insert your favorite diatribe on the Monetization of the Planet) ebook would be, well, the bee’s knees.
Two Small Books will become available on Tuesday, June 16 (Bloomsday: sláinte). The books will be sent in a PDF format. Two slim volumes of poetry and one of detective stories (I couldn’t resist, had to create my doppelganger as PI) are planned. To mollify my friend, I will create print books as well (wasn’t she just tickled pink). These will appear in The Book Patch Bookstore willy-nilly.
